East Bench is a decidedly suburban luxury neighborhood with easy access to world-class medical facilities, culture activities and events, and shopping. Hogle Zoo is nearby. This is the Place Heritage Park, museums, fine art facilities, and live entertainment. Residents here enjoy nearby eateries and amazing scenery. Many live here because it’s so close to Utah’s world-class ski resorts less than 30 minutes up the canyon.

The vibe here is chill. Many retirees settle on the East Bench. It’s quiet. It’s almost sacred with Nature rolling every mind-blowing season right out in front of you in the mountains and valleys. Nature-lovers are attracted to easy access to trails that twist throughout the Wasatch Mountain Range. A great many of the houses up here are considered luxury homes. The neighborhood is luxury too what with front row seats to each season’s change.

Nestled against the stunning Wasatch Mountains, this neighborhood is elevated with thrilling views of mountains to the east and the Salt Lake Valley to the west. The Wasatch Mountains are a part of the Rocky Mountain Range. The Canyons and Crags are playgrounds for wildlife and they feature spectacular seasonal scenes. Because Salt Lake City is surrounded by mountains, an inversion can settle among them. Homes at higher elevations are generally above the inversion.

Nature lovers enjoy access to parks and trails that allow them to explore the mountain community and its wild surroundings! Anderson, DPM – Granger Medical Clinic. The Moran Eye Center is part of the University of Utah System too. Because it is a teaching hospital, U of U attracts world-class medical experts. It is rare to find a community so well-equipped with medical facilities.
