About Joel Carson – Salt Lake City’s #1 Agent
My service in the U.S. Navy prepared me to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming one of Utah's top Realtors. Through service to my country I learned focus, discipline, respect, and a profound work ethic. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve my country.
The skills I learned have carried over into my 30-year career as a real estate agent in Salt Lake City. In 2022, I closed 233 real estate transactions with personal gross sales of $163,823,537. I’m a strong advocate of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). I make significant contributions to the organization to help protect buyers and sellers from excessive taxation. I am Utah Real Estate’s president and principal broker. It’s important to me to protect my clients’ best interest. I take an active role in assuring my clients’ success.
In 2023, REALTrends, Inc. ranked my personal performance #1 in Utah. Multiple organizations including Best of SLC, PropertySpark, and Zillow have honored me as a top-level industry leader.
Utah is my lifelong home. It’s an easy sell for me. I love the awe and wonder of Utah’s four distinct seasons. Utah’s culture, economy, and unmatched beauty have enhanced the seasons of my life. I specialize in helping clients buy and sell homes in The Avenues, Sugar House, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Millcreek, Sandy, Downtown, 9th & 9th, 15th&15th, and Harvard-Yale districts. My services aren’t limited to those locations; I represent buyers and sellers throughout the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back.
